"Nice place and location, BBQ was moldy"

Comfortable space and beds

BBQ was very dirty and had a ton of mold throughout it. Was unable to cook my dinner that I had prepped. Booked this place because it had a BBQ and was quite disappointed

I was in town for Māoriland and proprietors were so kind and flexible to my needs. Love the outlook, awesome access to beach, quiet quiet quiet for working from accom! Awesome bbq and spa pool.

It was a great location for me. Close to beach. The place is a neat little spot. Hot tub was good feature. The art is a nice touch, I really like the art. Some people may take offense to it but I really think it added charm.

Because it is in front of someone's house there was sometimes a bit of noise of them walking past. The door to the garden was broken and a bit of a pain. The owner mentioned they were arranging to get it fixed. Hopefully it is fixed before my next stay.
