The whole place smelled like mold, damp and dust, I regretted every time I had to take a full breath.. There was bugs everywhere, I'm still finding them crawling out of my luggage 4 days later. Elevator didn't work. Only got one towel between the two of us, and even the one we did get was likely 20 years old.

I am highly deligtful and happy with services of hotel. Staff members are super active and paid huge focus on resolvng each and every issue.

Air conditioning operated quietly at night. Outdoor view overlooked peaceful courtyard where birds chirped creating natural soundtrack for morning meditation.

Hotel O Hotel Ramai understood our need and maintain quiet hours. Never felt unwelcome but also appreciated evening calm time. Policy fair allowing us to relax without disturbing business travelers.

Except for the room size, there was nothing that I could like in the hotel. It was one of the worst hotels I stayed in.

Moulds around bathroom basin. The toilet flush wasn't working properly. The room and corridors were not clean. Quite far from any any decent eating place and cafe. No toilet paper. The heating element needed to be switched on but there was no proper instruction in the room how to get the water heating going.
