GG Homestay provided us with a comfortable and convenient base before and after a Liveaboard trip. It was clean, comfortable, in a safe area and I would recommend staying here. The owners were very accommodating with our request to check in early and were kind enough to help out with a taxi to the airport. Thank you 🙏🏻

Room with AC and what you need for a single night's stay and for a good price. Feels safe. The little girl who checked me in was very sweet. The hosts left some fruit for me outside the door in the morning which was very sweet, thank you!

Might have been that I was just very tired from the travel, but walking around the area trying to find food was not the most pleasant experience, a lot of traffic and felt a bit chaotic. I ended up taking a GoJek to a restaurant in the end, which was fine. Also didn't meet the hosts and all in all it was a bit of an isolating night, but again the room was absolutely fine. It's a decent stay at a really good price, but personally I've chosen other locations for my stays in Sorong.

They messaged me the evening before while I was still on the islands saying I should cancel because they overbooked. It’s impossible to find something ok-ish the night before especially if you have no good internet, then we agreed I have to check out at 7:30am. You won’t be able to sleep after 4 because there’s a mosque next door /street which is incredibly loud and won’t stop until after one hour or so and then the rooster start screaming. There’s small wholes as windows up close to the roof in the wall so you literally hear everything despite earplugs being provided. Also waited for a while outside until someone let me in so thankfully I could call them on WhatsApp Really friendly but the noise from the mosque is just too much and also the overbooking situation

В этом гостевом доме сдаются две комнаты на первом этаже. Хозяева живут в доме рядом. Вся территория огорожена и ухожена. Хозяин был всегда на связи, нас встретили по прибытии. Наша команды заняла обе комнаты, в которых было все необходимое для ночевки перед вылетом из Соронга. Чистые и удобные кровати, чайник и чайные принадлежности. Кондиционер совершенно не шумный, отлично справлялся с охлаждением. Все было очень комфортно и уютно.

Душ в ванной комнате никак не отделен от туалета. Рядом находится мечеть.

It was spotless and close to the airport. The owner was warm and welcoming.
