Good breakfast, all was nicely prepared with care and the best fresh bread full of flavour. The location is just a very short walk to the beach. Bed and pillow also good

The fans work well to sleep okay but no airconditioning

The breakfast was excellent and free water was given to me to take to the room any time I wanted. Everybody was helpful and friendly. Location was great.

It was a bit difficult using the closest pathway to the beach due to their being a big hole in the path. But this was nothing to do with the hotel and inside the hotel was comfortable.

Good location, excellent breakfast, good internet (the only one place in Zanzibar where I actually was able to work)

There is no fan at the desk, as it is fixed above the bed, but this is only important to me, and is generally not important for those who came here for rest.

Elske und Sadat sind unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an super – besonders angenehm war es für uns, dass beide Deutsch sprechen. Das Frühstück ist frisch, lecker und liebevoll zubereitet – besonders das fantastische Sauerteigbrot hat uns begeistert! Die Villa liegt in zweiter Reihe und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Das Grundstück ist stets verschlossen und es ist immer jemand vor Ort, sodass man sich jederzeit sicher und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeber hatten jederzeit tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für uns, haben ein Taxi organisiert und uns bei allem unterstützt. Besonders schön fanden wir auch den Wasserspender, an dem man seine Flasche auffüllen kann – ein großartiger Beitrag zur Nachhaltigkeit und zur Vermeidung von Plastikflaschen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Villa Kiota weiterempfehlen!

I liked everything, just in the night was a bit hot with just fans/ no AC, but it was doable.

Liebevoll dekorierte, familäre Unterkunft, alles sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Nette Gastgeber, die dabei wohnen. Elske ist Deutsche, und ihr Mann Sadat spricht auch perfekt Deutsch. Leckeres Frühstück mit selbstgebackenem Brot, selbstgemachtem Joghurt und selbstgemachter Marmelade. Aktuell Baustelle in der Nähe. Hat uns nicht gestört. Strand fußläufig in 2 Min. erreichbar. Bar, Restaurants, Shops etc.ebenfalls in direkter Nähe. Danke an das gesamte Team - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Laura & Birgit
