ganz kleines mit nur 3 Apartments ausgestattete wunderschöne Anlage. Eine der schönsten Anlagen die man sich vorstellen kann.

Bei Ebbe keine Möglichkeit im Meer schwimmen zu gehen. Durch die starken Gezeiten ist das Meer sehr weit weg. Ist aber in ganz Jambiani so.

Super séjour en famille ! L’appartement familial est très spacieux, l’équipe est très sympathique, les petits déjeuners sont extra et la vue splendide :-)

My son and I loved this place so much! The setting is magical and the staff are so wonderful and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the little village which is safe to walk around with a little supermarket a 5 minute walk up the road along with an ATM. The apartments are well equipped and we managed to prepare our own meals when we weren’t eating out at restaurants nearby. An amazing breakfast is served each morning. I am already dreaming about returning to Babu Villas and can’t recommend this place enough!

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Strand in einer wundervollen kleinen und liebevollen Anlage. Das Team von Lilla war so freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass man sich wie in einem Urlaub bei Freunden gefühlt hat. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jeden Morgen wurde für uns ein super leckereres Frühstück gezaubert und in die Wohnung gebracht, so dass wir auf dem eigenen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Meer in den Tag starten konnten. Der Strand ist für uns der schönste Strand auf ganz Sansibar. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants und Bars. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte! Es war einfach nur perfekt:-)

The property's meticulous attention to detail, including freshly baked cookies upon arrival and a selection of books in three languages, available for guests to enjoy on the beach, is noteworthy. Its prime beachfront location is a significant advantage, and the host offers airport transportation at a reasonable rate. The exceptional experience provided by the host has resulted in a truly remarkable establishment.

We had an Appartment in the first floor and because of Security the light outside was switched on all night. It was so bright that we couldn't sleep

Staff do everything they can to leave you in peace whilst simultaneously providing everything you need. Spacious, clean and tastefully decorated.

Babu Villas is so beautiful with perfect location and all the staffs were so kind, warm and helpful.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment perfect location. We had a sea view with a lovely balcony with swing, chairs and sunbed and the bedroom also opened out onto the balcony and had a wonderful view. Therese couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed and even had a large water cooler. The pool area was great and it was a good size pool with a hammock as well as sunbeds, and it was located on a quiet part of the beach where you can watch kitesurfers and local people working on the boats and children playing in the evening. They arranged a great day out snorkelling and seeing all the different coloured starfish. We loved it and really did not want to leave. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was more than we would normally spend but we didn't regret it. Oh and breakfasts were great. Varied, fresh and plentiful with smoothies every day. And the homemade granola was gorgeous, we don't normally eat granola but are now converts. Shame it is a secret recipe. Book Babu Villas you won't regret it.
