Lovely and clean, breakfast was simple, but really good (just don’t expect a full cooked breakfast) and plenty of choice. The room was clean, decent size and had good coffee! Handy having car parking on site too. Magda and John were great hosts as well

I felt very safe in my cosy, comfortable and extremely clean room. The breakfast was lovely and hosts very warm and friendly.

Proximity to centre of Inverness

Very compact room but had all the facilities. No shelf for soap etc in the shower.

Room and facilities were nicely furnished. Breakfast was tasty. The husband is very friendly and the dog is super cute.

Check in and out times were restrictive and different from booking.com which stated check out was 9.30. In the rooms it says 9.00.

John and Magda who run it were fantastic, lovely people. Very friendly and helpful. The guest house is beautifully decorated and has excellent fittings, furniture, etc. I had a technical problem with my motorbike when I arrived and John immediately offered to help and basically sorted it with his tools and nuts & bolts. Way above and beyond expectations. Thanks again John! Whilst they didn't apply to me there were breakfast options for vegetarians and vegans. It wasn't a full cooked breakfast, but the scrambled eggs and buttered toast was delicious, along with the cereals, fruit and yoghurt was lovely.
