"Secunda- nyeza house"

Place was neat. Looked secure. Upgraded room but was at a distant location which I was unhappy about. Lady was kind and understanding. Tried her best to accommodate our needs-friendly ...perfect place to just shower and sleep.but not for family. . Most things she didn't know and was brought to her attention I guess. Eg. A broken cupboard.

Changed my location of inital booking from 2min away from my needed venue to now 10 minutes away at the last minute. Only when I got there did she tell me she "upgraded" me!?!? Garage door kept opening when we closed. Probably coded remote. Bathroom had someone's used toiletries inside cupboards. No toilet seat. Had to ask for some dishes, 2 pin plugs for the electric blankets, 2 out of 4 chairs were broken so we couldn't use the dining table. Limited privacy. Family members kept coming in because of things we needed and weren't provided for ...cutlery, crockery, iron, ironing board, towels, tea/coffee unfilled.... they took their time filling it... No complimentary toiletries as initially stated. No wifi as stated- seems like the sim card was removed
