"Stay was ok as it was just a weekend but wouldn't stay again"

Location was great, the host was friendly, room was a good size, had free WiFi

Rooms are grubby and could do with a bit of TLC, it smells old from the minute you walk in through the doors, breakfast was nice but was cold,

Gary was really nice breakfast was lovely but the shower was cold room was small for a family room it was clean not a bad experience really

Like I say the water was cold so couldn't shower and room was cold

I booked another property before we left for Blackpool but on arrival they cancelled so was on a budget until I got my refund and for the money you can’t complain it was clean and the owner was absolutely lovely
