Sunny Center Apartment

Perfect location, full of daily light, well equipped flat. One of the best flats in Skopje, for sure. Warm reccommendation!

It is located in a very appropiate point to reach city center (the square). It takes 5 min. by walking. It is 25 min. to the intercities bus station by walking. Arround it there are many useful stores (restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, exchange office). The flat is spacious and designed elegantly.

The bedroom cannot be darkened for a good sleep, since there is no curtain or blind in the balcony side. Kitchen utensils are quite enough, but there could be also microwave and toaster. But these deficiencies did not spoil our accomodation.

Even without any drapes, it still has full privacy. So the rooms are bright and spacious any time. It s exactly the sunny center.

Nothing

Comfortable and clean place on great location. The owners are responsive and they help us out with finding a parking.

The only downside is the parking - the one that is by the building is expensive (4 euro per hour 24/7). There is a cheaper garage(less than 1 euro per hour 24/7) on 5 minutes walking distance. Owners gave us this info and help us finding it!

Location 300 m till Alexader the great monument. Parking underground safe near with 30 denars/ hour. Very nice apartment

Very kind and attentive host. Good location, 4th floor, close to the centre and shopping mall, traditional cooked food near the building, 50 m delicious and convenient. A convenient gym at 100m. I liked how spacious the apartment was, very comfortable: good old Yugoslav standard of quality building, very good apartment, great sound isolation, great position of the apartment. Sofa is comfortable, great tv channels and internet. I would come there again. Thank you!

Generally all good, however, there are places for improvement: there should be a washing machine and a microwave. Curtains should be an option, to improve privacy and since sometimes it can be too bright both at night and during the day and therefore hard to sleep. The terrace should be more private somehow, otherwise it is not very useful. Beware of entering the bathroom there is a sharp step I was unlucky to hit several times until I learned my lesson :) I would suggest a host to make a yellow track for warning. The elevators should be cleaner, painted and entrance of the building better maintained.
