Irma was very friendly and the guest house was lovely. The main problem was that it is situated on a very busy main road. There are trucks and cars moving along the road all night making lots of noise. We did not sleep at all the night we stayed there. The breakfast lovely but there was no coffee or tea. Eating bacon, eggs and toast without coffee is a no no.

They need to try and block out the noise.

Door handles and locks are noisy to use. Parking can be tight if more than 2 cars.

The room looks detail. It was clean. Decent breakfast. No shortage on food. So willing with late arrival. Also with early breakfast times.

The breakfast came with margarine and not butter. Kettle was corded.
