The heat

Says no smoking but they are allowed and laughed in our faces when we told them to stop. Broken door in toilet. Men never flush toilet. Bath filthy. Cold bathroom. Owners didn’t care. Old building with no smoke alarms anywhere even though people smoke. I got athsma attack at 3 am from it. Drunk man shouting on phone at 2 am . Had to sleep on floor on quilt from bed bug bites. Pillows old and horrible. Quilt old. Got 2 towels in 9 days each. When the owners mentioned man didn’t smoke such awful owners and me outside there front door at 3 am. We watched him talk to the man about smoking he never went to check. Buts through down toilet. They cancelled our room 4 days before we were due to leave. Awful place . Filthy carpets. They need new pillows and quilt and get rid of bed bugs. Stay away from here it’s cheap but u get much better just up the road with nice owners and no one allowed smoke. These people only want your money. They don’t care about people smoking as long as they get the money. We travel a lot this worst place ever been in. My back very sore from lying on quilt on floor. Reviews are wrong here look at other reviews they get a 3. I give a 0 . Bad name for booking.com. I asked for my money back after we arrived so we could move but they don’t care about people only your money. Booking.com ye can do better than this . Sickening toilet not flushed. We went up to cafe to use there’s when not flushed. WiFi not always great but ok. It’s against the law not to have smoke alarms drunk men smoking laughing at us . Shouting on phone banging doors everytme they then had to go downstairs to smoke after we complained a fir days . Don’t go here u can get much better for a little more. Shame on them cancelling our room and we still in it.

The room was comfortable and relaxing .

Convenient to Eltham and close to where my son lives in Kidbrooke

Room was quite small .Last time I stayed in Room 1 which was more spacious and pleasant. Several times when I arrived the front door hadn't been shut properly-not great security! Chest of drawers needed replacing.

The room is good value for the money but the WiFi wasn't working and they could do with an extra pillow. Apart from that it's a great room
