Eltham Stay

For the price it was great. Comfy bed, flat screen tv and tea/coffee facilities in the room. Two bathrooms one with a shower-bath and one with just a toilet. Two locks to get in so felt pretty secure. Nice towels and shower gel/shampoo provided. I would stay here again

Could do with a good clean, the surfaces had easily wipeable dirt on them which I had to clean myself. One of the bathrooms had a non-functioning lock so it was not useable.

Clean, quiet, Internet, location. Towels, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper in the bath. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, fan. Excellent place! I loved it.

The rooms are well furnished, but they have no kitchen, and there was enough place in the roo. It might be a little fridge, and a microwave makes the room perfect.

room was clean, bed was quite comfortable. a hair dryer was provided.

1. the bathtub faucet - the shower / bathtub diverter push-pull valve was stuck so tightly, only managed to push it up by great force using a flat metal piece. Told the owner but instead he warned us that we would have to pay if it got damaged. 2. the space was very limited. booked 2 rooms, one had a dresser, and just enough space to open 2 small luggages, the other room was so tiny, it wouldn't fit 2 medium sized luggages laid flat and opened, so we had to open each in turn. There was hardly any space to move about. 3. The cupboard was lacking hangers

Very good location.

No ones checked the room for all my stay and no coffee sachets, tea and milk were topp up for the entire stay.

It was clean

The staircase too narrow, no sink in second toilet. The socket behind the lamp shade was damaged showing live wires
