Ladies were very helpful at the desk.

Rooms were very small for a couple.

Hotel wasn’t too far from the train station. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was old but it was super clean. The shower worked well and things were quiet over night. Breakfast was good plenty of pastry, cereal, and coffee. Couldn’t really ask for more for the price of the room. Was a great value.

Great location only 5 minutes walk from the station and in the old town.

Nice hotel near the railwaystation and the nice old city. The breafast is good and the personal friendly. I would give it much higher score if the rooms were quiet in the night!

The room close to the Street are very noicy with hard traffic of heavy trucks throu the night.....You must almost be dead for get some sleep..... I can't understand why they dont use the railway for transports instead of driving across the nice city.

It was a cheap basic stopover hotel for a late arrival and then an early morning exit for the Bernina Express . It did the job .

For the price you got what you paid for.

Great location (although Tirano is anyway very small, so I suppose plenty of spots are "great locations" - still, the hotel is located in a rather ideal position). The staff was nice and helpful. The vibe was quite cozy.

The wifi connection in the room was a bit erratic, not excellent. There was no air conditioning and it was desperately needed, since it was late July and very hot. The breakfast buffet was short of vegetables: a few tomatos, cucumbers and the likes would have made it more pleasant and refreshing.
