"Large house with mountain views."

The house is huge with beautiful views of lake Hayes and out to Coronet peak. Large rooms for a family group and huge kitchen. Great off street parking for multiple cars. Management great to deal with and responsive .

The furniture is very old particularly the lounge furniture which was also unclean. There is definitely an insect infestation and that is with windows closed so we had to continue to sweep up and the next day they were all over the tiles again. Old carpet too.

Spacious! Clean! Nice views! Games there for kids! Great privacy and close to queens town

The second floor don’t have a blinder/curtain so woke people up with early summer morning sun

"Loved it - would definitely stay again."

We absolutely loved the goodies left and the outlook of the property was stunning. The bathrooms were great and the beds were comfortable.

The only thing we missed is there is nothing to play music through. We were not wanting to party or anything, however we had a few pre-drinks before we went out and were kicking ourselves we hadn't brought our speakers.
