Die zentrale Lage, die Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür, der Einkaufsmarkt gegenüber.

Es fehlte für uns ein Wasserkocher, das Geschirr war sehr spärlich (1 Teelöfel usw.)

A casa está muito bem localizada e tem td q se precisa, porém, falta algum cuidados básicos , como lâmpada da sala queimada, no banho não tinha nem box e nem cortina a água ia toda p banheiro , então eu mesma comprei e deixe na casa a cortina do box , no armário faltava uma porta … nada q interferisse na estadia , apenas memso detalhes de fáceis reparos e valorização do imóvel .
