Great location and breathtaking swimming pool.

Lovely property with nice pool. Refill water for small fee. Reception hidden behind corner and not cooperative to let us in to our condo. Said had to get ok from owner, even though we had a written confirmation to show. Then the owner never responded. Waited over an hour. Owner never responded then or to any communication whatsoever for the next few days., Then we gave up. Very frustrating Listing is not accurate. There is no safe though clearly on the list of amenities No toiletries, no hand soap, a half roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Only dish soap, no laundry soap for washing machine. The third night while we were out for supper someone entered without notifying us and left dish soap and toilet paper. I understand if renting long term you replenish those items but this was short term and we had to run about imito find toilet paper. The place had towels, comfortable beds and good AC I’d stay at La Casita but rent from a different owner

Check in was terrible. Booking. Com instructed us that check in was at 1:00 , we arrived at the facility to check in and was told we needed a room number, my reservation number did not matter we were told to contact the property manager so we did. I had my sister in law speak with the property manager as I do not speak Thai very well this person was very very rude and informed us that check in was at 2:00 even though our booking said one This was entirely his fault but blamed us. We later came back we’re able to pickup the keys and enter our rental. Upon entering we noticed one room had a heavy chemical smell we opened the window in that room shut the door and put the fans on high to try and blow the strong odor outside it took one day before the heavy chemical smell went away. After reading the reviews of this place again I realized that the people who rented this same condo before us had ants that bit them well we had no ants thank god but got the after effects of the chemical spray down. Under the kitchen sink was a can of bug spray I did a little squirt outside of the condo and we all agreed this was what we were smelling inside. It stunk outside in the open air for about the next three hours This reminded me of a couple in Chiang Mai that died from their unit being sprayed for bed bugs the day before they rented the room.

Great Location and facilities and very close to restaurants, hospital and shopping malls.
