"Some good, some could be improved"

Its been a convenient place for us to stay in Auckland, 10 min drive to the airport and other places we wanted to go. Its quite a small bedsit, decorations a bit bizarre. We didnt like the tone of the "rules" and the 10 minute rule on the shower. The kitchenette is just about workable. Internet has been patchy, and not reliable or good. Worst things were check-in after 6pm, and terrible communications. I've sent 2 messages, neither responded to.
