+ The apartment is very cozy and tastefully renovated. + The house has a charming little yard where you can enjoy the fresh air and a bit of morning sunlight + Quiet neighborhood + Ideal for a couple's getaway, however it can be comfortable for a family as well. + The owner has thought about everything: entertainment, storage, tea/coffee. even a cozy nook for the kids

- The shower - the apartment we booked had only a tub - great for the looks and for those who enjoy taking a bath, but very uncomfortable if one wants to take a shower - impossible not to make the bathroom all wet (borderline swimming pool) - The parking. The apartment is situated in the old town of Brasov, with very narrow streets and limited parking spots. On winter / snow / ice it is a hustle to reach the shared parking. We abandoned the idea and we parked a bit further away after a couple of trials, as we didn't want to scratch the car. - The house next door is being renovated, and despite the apartment's good insulation, it gets quite noisy early in the morning.

"Beautiful apt in the old town"

Beautiful small apartment, ideal for a couple. Situated in the charming old part of the city. You can walk to the old centre (and an impressive ice rink) easily. Warm, clean.

We didn’t at first get that Ludica and Roua are two different apts. Ludica is big, Roua is small, it’s located on the ground floor and doesn’t have a patio. Also it has a different entrance - read the instructions carefully. And at first it smelled of a sewer, but putting some water in the shower helped and there were no smell later. And still the apartment was great itself!

Free coffee, very cosy, remarkable in its design place.

Toilet seat was loose which was uncomfortable.
