Convenient location.

Poor cleanliness, untrained staff, poor breakfast, weak AC, insects every where, very ordinary bathroom.

The Villa was amazing. I remained much comfortable there and the staff was cooperative. Cleanliness was at its peak. Was such a peaceful living. Will choose it again if ever come to karachi next.

The property itself has great aesthetics — clean design, well-maintained, and overall the place looks beautiful. Location is also a big plus, very convenient and easy to get to.

However, the service side needs work. The staff came across as inappropriate at times, which made check-in/check-out uncomfortable. The AC in the lounge wasn’t working, and there was no housekeeping available during my stay, so basic upkeep was missing. If they fix the staff training and maintenance issues, this place has a lot of potential. As it stands, it’s a beautiful spot let down by service.
