Honeyguide Ranger Camp

The ranger we were set up with, Jimmy was fantastic and made our trip very good. The safari was great and that's why we came. Jimmy was five star

Food and other facilities have a bit more work to do. Cleaning and food serving could step up a bit but also this is not one of those five star lodges. Things are a bit broken and dirty and the plants are not very well kept. With some extra work another star could be earned

We absolutely loved the whole experience. Our ranger, Johann, was extremely knowledgeable and was expert in tracking and finding the more elusive animals. We saw four of the Big Five during our visit.

The food , the massage and the room

Perfect destination for a quick break from Joburg. Camp and rooms were comfortable and well laid out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent selection of wines and other drinks. Breakfast omelets were delicious!

Nothing major wrong, but with a little more effort could be made better. Coffee breaks used a lot of single use plastic, and coffee options were very limited. Food was very simple.

The Amimals and the Game Ranger(Charles) was absolutely great

The food was so basic and tasteless and was more like canteen food rather than hotel food. The food was not that of a 3 star hotel Please note there is only an outside shower which is an issue because it's cold at night and very difficult to have a shower in the cold

The outside shower 💯 the stuff and ranger camp stuff were very friendly and offered great service at all times , the food was extremely delicious and I felt very safe at all times💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 I highly recommend this place🥵
