Maison Zisa - Proppro SRL - Palermo

The host is absolutely amazing and very responsive (although we didn’t get the chance to meet in person). We were initially looking for parking, but soon realized there’s a small parking area right in front of the building with a few free spots available. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a slight smell from the sewage, which could be improved, but overall, the stay was pleasant. The bed and sofa are both comfortable, and the AC works well. The apartment stays quite cool even in summer, which was great. We had a few small issues with the washing machine and coffee maker, but everything was quickly sorted out. It’s a bit further from the city centre, but there are plenty of buses nearby, so getting around wasn’t a problem. Definitely worth the money.

Stan se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji. Jako udoban i dobro opremljen. Lako dostupan autom, parking ispred prostran.

Apartamentul este impecabil dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie ,totul corespunde cu pozele și descrierea ,check in ușor de efectuat , proprietarul a fost binevoitor și ne a îngăduit sa facem check in ul cu o ora mai devreme . Cu siguranta ne vom reîntoarce .

Ne a plăcut totul .

Everything was okay, the apartment had plenty of space, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and it was very clean. Viele Grüße 🇩🇪🇦🇱

Absolutely nothing

We travelled with pets all the time and booked this on the basis it was a pet friendly property. There was no communication from the property management before our arrival on this platform so I called them for arrival details the evening before. On the reservation there was no where to tell them we had pets. They then sent us a WhatsApp message late on our first evening, saying we needed to pay a pet fee, of 50€, of course this was no issue, it’s quite common. They then deleted the message and the the following day the demanded 450€ for our five night stay, which was more than our entire stay for two adults. The owner of the apartment was very threatening and hostile towards us. Booking.com will not respond to my messages. In the end we paid for five nights, stayed one night and have not been refunded the balance. Furthermore, at check in the front door lock did not work. We requested it be fixed, which was done. There is a security camera out the front watching you come and go. To use the heating or AC you need a key in the switchboard, which the front door key is attached too, in the event of an evacuation that is not safe. DO NOT STAY HERE. ITS A SCAM TO EXTORT MORE MONEY OUT OF GUESTS.

Everything was perfect! Good location, great appartment with everything you need. The patio was really nice for coffee in the morning!
