"Good"

Location is an excellent. The host is very nice and he accepted us earlier check in.

During unexpected renovation in the building or outside, it was very noisy starting from 8am. It was out of the host’s hand. We considered we were bad luck☹️.

A nice bright apartment in the very center. It's perfect for exploring the city. Friendly host.

There's not enough hot water for two people to shower. The terrace is only suitable for smoking on it. If you want to have coffee there, it's not a very suitable place. The apartment only has a basement window and a door leading to the terrace.

"The property was okay"

I liked the location

The noise of the tenants in the building is an issue. The accommodation is located on the ground floor next to the elevator & conversation can be loud. There should be a few choices for pillows and additional sheets & blankets should be provided. Luca said if I needed a blanket, one could be provided. Most guests will not steal pillows and blankets (we don’t have room in our suitcase).

"Superb location, great host, new and clean."

The location of this property was fantastic. It is on a street with the best bars and restaurants in Catania but tucked inside the building so you are not disturbed with noise. The host was also great, very helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself was all brand new and very clean.

We were missing an iron. But other than this absolutely perfect.
