Quite a bit of traffic noise although not terrible. Some smells from the drains because the sinks and maybe the showers don't have proper "traps" or U-bends.

GBCommunication with the owners management company was excellent and quickly responsive to any questions we had. The location of the villa was perfect, quiet but just a few minutes walk into town and close proximity to a supermarket, bars, restaurants shops and river. The villa was very clean & extremely well equipped, with mosquito screens on all doors and windows and even a water cooler machine. The kitchen cupboards contained everything we needed and more.
There was nothing we didn't like. We had a problem with the lock box code on arrival, but it was speedily resolved and it didn't inconvenience us. We couldn't work out how the sun umbrellas worked, so some instructions would be useful.
FRThe villa is new, spotless, and in a excellent location and has everything that we needed. The owner was so lovely, charming and welcoming. We'll definitely be going back here. Nice and quiet while still being close to everything. The house is semi-detached and we luckily didn't have noisy neighbours.
Everything was perfect. However the pool doesn't have gradual steps, just a ladder so could be a problem for young children.
DELovley stay, we got the chance to try the turkish traditional food at a restaurant by the river.
