The property was in great location and clean

The room was way to hot and couldn’t sleep even with a fan on , the bathroom was very hot and smelt of bad drainage ,the breakfast was finished by nine which is way to early when you are away for a rest

Good quality breakfast, staff were friendly, location was super.

Lift not working, room 1 was very small for a double, wash basin was cracked, only 1 bedside table.

Zentrale Lage, etwa 5 Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle (East Post Office oder Great Western Hotel) und zum Bahnhof, 10 Gehminuten in die Innenstadt und zum Busbahnhof (auch Flixbusstation), 10 Gehminuten zum Tolcarne Beach. Viele Cafés und Restaurants rund um das Hotel, auch kleine Geschäfte, ein grosser Aldi fast direkt nebenan, ein kleinerer Tesco etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Abends kann es bei einem Zimmer, das zur Straße zeigt recht lange laut sein. WiFi ist gut, Wasserkocher und Tee, Kaffee und Kekse sind vorhanden. Frühstück ist a la Carte, von English Muffin über Full English Breakfast ist alles dabei. Nettes Personal! Mittag- und Abendessen gibt es auch im Pub, hier kann man auch schön draußen sitzen.

Location is superb for the town centre and only a short walk to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfasts were very good. We were in Room 1, which although a little small it had the best sea view and a comfortable bed. It was great to have free parking for our stay.

We thought that cereals, yogurt, fruit and juice would be laid out buffet style so we could see what was available for us to help ourselves instead of having to ask. The only lights in the room were a bright main light and a small ceiling spotlight. It meant it was difficult to read in bed because of the shadows. It would be nice to have at least one table lamp in the room for ambience/reading.

It's location is excellent central to everything

The room we had needs a bit of work the temperature control in the shower was broken so it was just hot water couldn't get it to cool needs replacing

Location, staff, extreme cleanliness of the room. Despite the hotel being a bit dated it was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. staff were absolutely charming . Great hearty cooked breakfast Parking limited but good

Booked as advertised it had a lift. Was visiting to scatter my fathers ashes with my elderly mother who unfortunately had been in an accident and was very mobility impaired and was using a zimmer walker just to get around and thus when I booked it said it had a lift I was relieved. Got there to discover the stairs to the room were very steep and the lift was “ being serviced” and we could not use it. I wouldn’t mind but before paying I actually rang to ask if there was disabled parking outside as my mother couldnt walk far as she had been in an accident, so if the staff member had actually took a moment to make me aware the lift was not able to be used I wouldn’t have booked as it made it very difficult for my already distressed mother.
