Drugs being smoked in other rooms setting off fire alarm. Landlord told and was in total denial even though several other guests complained about the smell. Booked because they advertised a lift for my 87 year old father to be able to use. Phoned prior to check it was working and told yes. Arrived to be told it was out of order and had been for a while. Mattress had seen better days many years ago. Flat as a board. Avoid . Nothing to like at all

The location.

Being told that our room was directly above the kitchen and that we would hear the extractor fan going on from 7.45 to 9.00 pm where in fact went on at 07.15. Through the night hearing banging of the pipes Quiet dated rooms.

Location, the staff, the food in the restaurant was lovely.

Possibly the best loaction in Newquay - right in the middle of the town. Free car parking is a bonus.

The pillows are so hard, so we popped next door to Aldi and bought a couple.

the bedside lamps wouldn’t work without the main light being on as well, and it would have been nice to have plug sockets next to the bed

Locatie in het centrum op loopafstand van het strand. Je hoort de zee, heerlijk. Heel vriendelijk personeel en gemoedelijke omgeving.

Het bed was ok maar matig.

Good food, friendly staff.

Room 1 was really only a single size room but has a double size bed making it very small for 2 people.

Location ideal for central Newquay, great value for money and parking! Breakfast was excellent, as were the staff

Only grumble, shower was lacking in power
