Great location, but the property was not clean and appeared not to have been properly prepared for guests. The condition of the accommodation was disappointing and, as a result, we chose to leave before our scheduled departure date.

Location. Size, layout and facilities great for 2 of us for 7 nights.

Nothing. After a long journey it would have been a nice touch to have had a little milk to go with the tea/coffee that was provided for inital drinks.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!

Great location and a good base for exploring Cornwall. The property was relatively comfortable, had good parking and communication from the owners was really helpful throughout. We also really appreciated the early check-in offer, which made arrival much easier with a toddler. The tea, coffee and milk provided on arrival was a lovely touch too.

The property unfortunately smelt quite damp during our stay, and one of the bedrooms had a particularly unpleasant smell. We also found it quite small for two adults and a toddler, and the double bed felt smaller than expected which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

I loved the location; ease of parking, How clean and tidy the apartment was, even had washing up liquid and shower gel; many places don’t provide extras like that!

Nothing it was superb

A wonderful stay, artistically decorated, a well cared for.home. The owners were very communicative. The kitchen is well stocked, I loved the beautiful Denby pottery kitchen-ware. Carbis Bay was a peaceful and quiet haven compared to the hustle and bustle of St. Ives. The apartment is about a 10 min walk (mostly uphill!) from the train station. We would definitely stay here again.
