The apartment was well-equipped, clean, comfortable and it was 20 minutes from the centre.

The contact person didn't speak english, so it caused difficulty to communicate with her and she looked so overwhelmed and stressful.

Sofa beds were not suitable for sleeping, totally uncomfortable

The apartment is great with a fabulous view, clean, neat, ideal for 4 people, however just enough for 5 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building. It was cozy, had good heating, had 2 balconies (one small and one larger). The two bedrooms were comfortable, spacious for the luggage. The bathroom is nice, clean. The apartment has an own parking space, that is important because of the limited number of parking space around the building. Its location is very good, in a qiuet neighbourhood, just 5 minute walk from the train station and a small ski slope. The centre of the town, Krupowka is about 15 minute walk. Despite the few failures I mentioned here, it is a great apartment, I can recommend for everybody to rent.

- The receipt of the keys was a bit lengthy, because despite the fact that I called the phone number 1 hour earlier as required by the owner, and we arrived on time, the lady with the keys arrived half an hour later. We had to wait outside for her. I understand that there was heavy traffic in town, but it was not a surprise, I think, before New Years Eve. - The lady with the keys spoke very little English, so we had to communicate with Google Translate. That was very strange for us because the accomodation is advertised on an international website. - The sitting room + dining corner is a lot smaller than you would visualize it based on the photos. - The kitchen has very limited accessories (e.g. there were only 2 spoons), thus do not plan any serious cooking. - There is only 1 table lamp (reading lamp) in each bedroom.

Everthing was good. Nice all apartman. We has place to parking. We love it and will be come back soon 🥰

There was a terrace, kitchen with everything needed and parking lot. The hotel is relatively close to the town center.

Even though it's mentioned that there's a griling zone, it's not available. Also it is not allowed to stay with pets. The kettle in our room was broken and we couldn't use it. The furniture is not very comfortable - you keep hitting your knees with sharp edges. Beds are not comfortable as well.

Overall very satisfied, great modern apartment, quiet, comfortable, clean, with 2 balconies. Parking included and relatively close to city center (aprox. 20 min walking distance).

Nothing major, however I would advise the host to improve the following: check in instructions didn't match, check out instructions where not available, communication was only in Polish language, WIFI instructions printed on the door where old, had to look under the router to connect. also would have been a nice bonus to have a small coffee machine.

Beautiful, clean and spacious. Great location, 15 minute walk into the centre.
