We were shown a sample room initially, and it was clean and pleasant. However, the room provided to us on the 2nd floor (Room No. 12) was completely different and not maintained properly. The bed condition was poor, the floor was sticky and dirty, and there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room. The bed covers also seemed unwashed and had a bad odor. Additionally, the 2nd floor veranda does not feel safe at all. The railing height is very low and it feels risky, especially with the possibility of someone falling down. This experience was very disappointing compared to the sample room shown earlier. Kindly look into these issues seriously.
