StayC Hotel Myeongdong

- location to Myeongdong (20min walk) but not much of an upside because there are many properties that offer the same

- no check in counter. This is listed as a Hotel when we booked and the owner has changed this to Solago Hotel Myeongdong instead of Stay C Hotel Apartment. HIGHLY MISLEADING BECAUSE THIS IS NOT PART OF SOLLAGO. - you don’t get a check in counter, you can’t put the luggage with the hotel before check in / check out for free prior to check in or after check out. No one to tell you password when it is time for check in. A random HOUSEKEEPING LADY gave us our check in password. Ridiculous because of this common password probably used across tenants. - this is NOT a hotel. You don’t get to access the facilities of Sollago. You don’t get daily housekeeping. You don’t get anything related to hotel except for the two beds, water and hair dryer. - at this price, it is a scam and I wouldn’t have booked it if I hadn’t thought that whatever was represented using Sollago images was what this apartment was offering. Booking.com - please look into this and make a refund. I was ready to book another hotel after being stuck outside for 30-35min prior to check in. Distressing.

Close to metro. Clean and safe despite the neighbourhood. Perfekt view from the roof top.

All electronics gadgets in local language (hard to regulate temperatare). Noise at night from the street. No wifi.

Great hotel with a central location, semi close to all of the city's main places to visit. Area right around the hotel is a bit boring but very easy to reach interresting areas.

Reserving a room via booking.com makes you apparently not a customer of their hotel and they refused to do anything for us like keeping our luggages downstairs for a day or calling us a cab. Was quite frustrating.
