DEDie super liebe und warmherzige Begrüßung. Ich bekam viele Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Das Bett war super bequem und die Wohnung sauber und ruhig. Ich habe traumhaft geschlafen. Ich war nur auf der Durchreise und hatte eine Auto. Die Lage war für mich also auch perfekt.

USThe bed was very comfortable and the whole place is very clean. The host was also accommodating my first night and let me use the kitchen in a pinch, even though it's not on the listing.
I was disappointed by the host's attitude and feel that the 9.3 rating it currently has isn't very accurate. I've never stayed in a place where there were so many little rules and stipulations over the smallest things... 1. I took a shower and some water got out onto the floor unfortunately. She then chastised me for not putting a shower mat down, when I was never instructed to do that previously, and couldn't even find the shower mat because my vision is bad without my contacts in. It's not something to blame the guest over. 2. I took a 15 minute shower after a long day of hiking, and was told to be "more conservative of my water usage" and keep showers to 10 minutes or less. As if we live in a cabin? This is so absurd, I've stayed in many people's houses and never had a problem with that. She should really mention that beforehand. 3. Went on a weird rant about my country's election and said "I don't know what's wrong with the men jn your country." Like how is that a Happy Space? I just have to laugh along at that point because if I disagree or add some nuance to the discussion, then the rest of my stay is awkward. You shouldn't go on rants about the people in the guests' home countries. Felt so uncomfortable. 4. She could also be a bit warmer/friendlier. She wasn't necessarily mean,, but I just never felt welcomed. She seemed to be in a bad mood half the time, very different from the standard Kiwi hospitality.

BEI had a very good stay! Very clean space. Very nice. Good location to go everywhere. Sandra was a sweetheart! Good and nice person and gave me good travel advice. I can highly recommend this place.
FIThe host was very sweet and made us feel very welcome in her house. She provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. A lovely stay overall!
NZNZDEWe felt so incredibly welcomed by Sandra in her beautiful renovated home. Peaceful location, very comfy room, great cups of tea and a lot of insider tips what to see in the surrounding area (which is quite beautiful). It is a HAPPY SPACE indeed.
