"Fantastic host"

Sandra is one of the nicest hosts ive ever met, from the beginning this place provides you with a home-feeling. I was allowed to be in the living room (tv) whenever I wanted to even when she invited a friend for dinner. Super clean, good breakfast, very safe incl safe parking. Super comfy bed

Like in many nz homes (sound) insulation is not good but there is nothing to do about it.

Rustig gelegen en toch dichtbij centrum. Erg netjes. Bijzonder gastvrij. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Zelfs op zeer korte termijn glutenvrij ontbijt geregeld.

"Afforable clean cosy home, definitely recommend"

A beautiful home which was spotless and so cosy. Plenty of parking and in a perfect location and very easy to find. The host was very easy going and we really enjoyed talking to her. Breakfast was delicious and having kitchen facilities was a great bonus. Would recommend Happy Space to anyone!

This lovely BnB was just what we needed after too many hostel dorms: quiet, spotlessly clean, cozy and close to Karangahake Gorge. Breakfast was yummy and we got plenty of recommendations for the next few days. Would highly recommend!
