Adena Hotel

Das Hotel liegt etwas entfernt vom eigentlichen Stadtzentrum. Wir hatten es für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir wegen ausverkaufter Tickets von Bus und Bahn benötigten. Es ist ruhig gelegen. In der Nähe befindet sich der bekannte Gwangalli Beach. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber.

The bathtub and bed were comfortable. Convenience store was nearby.

There was no daily housekeeping. We had to use the same towels for the entire stay. We didn't have enough toilet paper, so we had to ask for more at the desk every time. The self-service station with water and milk ran out early in the morning with no restocking until the next day.

The bed was very comfortable.

The check in time is stated as 6pm, but I was told I could only get my room at 8pm. When I insisted on the time, they gave me a room key for a room that I did not pay for. When I brought this up to them, I was then put in the correct room. My room was never cleaned, there was no option to request for the room to be made up. Trash was not emptied, toilet paper was not replaced and new towels were not provided. The staff are not foreigner friendly, which made staying there alone quite difficult.
