Only the girl who was at the reception .she was friendly

Booking.com says pool available . However it was under construction. Property should mention this as i specifically booked the placed for the pool. AC was not working. It was damn hot in the night . There was a padlock for the door. Found it difficult to operate. Was under so much of pressure. Most importantly you have to pull your luggage and walk 500meters coz vehicles camnot reach this property.

Unfortunately very bad no cleaning. No changing of beds, no towels. Door and toilet were broken and although there was no cleaning we stayed for 2-3 days and had to leave the place.Unfortunately, we had paid in full there. We had to leave early. Because there was no hot water. There is nothing at the hotel and we also told them that we complained and they did not refund our payment. Although we did not give any money, unfortunately, I want to complain to the Ministry of Tourism right now.I didn't like anything. Unfortunately, it was very aggressive, very bad, we cursed everyone around, unfortunately, they were experiencing the same thing with all the customers who came and they didn't pay me. For this reason, I will love this place and I don't give any marks to it. I am also a hotelier and I am currently working as a Master in the hotel. I am in a 4-star hotel.

Nice quiet location still close to walk to town and the main area. Lots of nature around the property and lovely pool area

The door to my room didn’t close properly so it allowed lots of bugs to be in there at night. Maybe a proper handle on the door would help this problem. Toilet seat was not even secure to the toilet so it was a bit uncomfortable.

Location is so nice because it's so close to the bazaar, ubud center, restaurants and markets

Cleaning was very bad. they never cleaning the room. Also restroom was not useful, no toilet door and besides shower head can not attached the wall you must keep on your hands always

Absolutely loved everything! The outdoor area was full of magic, such a lovely environment:) Owner was a magnanimous and humorous man:) All of his staff were very helpful and friendly! Good sized rooms and comfy beds:)
