Location was okay, bed and pillows were fine. lots of apparent amenities offered, however I did not use any so I cannot report on their quality

When I visited the pool was "closed for repairs" for the 3 nights I stayed. Wifi was unusable. Room was dirty with a strange hallway in the corner blocked by a small wardrobe that appeared to have never been cleaned before with several spider webs and my last night a massive cockroach crept its way out of that corner. the curtains did absolutely nothing for the light and I had to wear an eye mask every night because of the bright street lights right outside the window.

The mattress was good

It was so dirty, the mirror was dirty, they also left the previous person towel, the bathroom carpet, really really dirty. Spider web all over. The building is old, understandable but not very well maintained. The shower has no pressure and almost no water.

The location is good, and the property is quite nice, very green and well kept gardens. The rooms are a bit worn, could use some touch ups. The pool is great, one of my favorites, accessible anytime.

A bit moldy due the dense humidity of Bali. The service is not the best, could use a little upgrade in staff training and customer service.
