Rolli Dream

Great location to capture the atmosphere of the old town, close to the Rolli Palaces (one right across the street), the old port and convenient for transport links. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and well-equipped. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Michele was very welcoming and helpful, flexible with check-in and check-out times, and provided good information about the city.

Only a couple of very minor things - in the bedroom the curtains did not close properly and the plugs were a bit awkward.

Well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated - the flat’s location was ideal. The unit is as advertised in the photos. Host does an excellent job of maintaining the property. Very comfortable, and walkable to all of the central Genoa sights. Neighborhood is packed with shops, restaurants and bars. Great value for the money!

I stayed in this apartment for two weeks. The apartment was so comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed, including all kitchen equipment, even olive oil, clean sheets and towels, iron, umbrella, etc. The landlord thought everything you can think of. Also, he helped me with all the things in the city. He gave me great suggestions for restaurants and events. The location is also very convenient. Every tourist place is around the area, and the train stations are within walking distance if you want to visit beaches or close cities. I really enjoyed my time in this apartment and definitely recommend it!

The historical area of Genova could make you feel unsafe in the evenings. As a solo traveler, I felt a bit weird in the narrow streets of the city at night. However, I did not experience anything bad. Also, the apartment is in front of a museum and a crowded restaurant, which made me feel safer. If you would prefer to stay in the city center, you might experience it in any place you stay.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Great apartment, very convinient, clean and with all you may need. Very close to the sea port and you have food stores and restaurants just outside the door. Very helpful host and we got lots of good tips for our visit. Thanks a lot, it has been the best stay we could wish!

Spacious. Newly renovated. Good location. Helpful host met us at front door. Good communication throughout stay.

There is 1 washer and 1 dryer in the basement and they are shared with other tenants / guests in the building. It was being used when we went down to use it, so we had to go to a nearby laundromat. Shower doesn't have any place to put soap or shampoo, which makes showering awkward. Neighbors can be quite loud at times.
