GBReally nice house along with a great view, nice and quiet. The host was helpful throughout the stay and on hand if I needed anything. Pleasant stay to relax and I enjoyed my time throughout and would book again sometime soon.
Just needed some little lamps in some of the rooms otherwise I couldn't fault with the property.

GBWe couldn't stay the night had to book into a hotel. The smell was musty stains on the carpet. The fridge was disgusting. They had boarded up the back door ( which I'm sure is illegal! ) so only one escape route if there was to be a fire. The area of the property was rough with beer cans in the street. I certainly would not recommend

GBLocation - close to Beamish. Clean and tidy. Lovely views. Overall, a very nice property.
Needed scissors! but that's it.
GBGBDrive way, the view from lower and upper rooms, bottles of water is also a nice touch.
The pressure on the boiler was turned down so the heating wasn’t heating up the place had to turn it up to get any sort of heat. Mattress is also uncomfortable but do able.
