NZExceptionally clean and beautiful accomodation with a large comfy bed. It is located very central close to the famous clock tower and many great restaurants and cafes.

USThe bed and location were good.
There was a strong smell of sewage in the room, not just in the bathroom. The Bathroom fan was super noisy. It said breakfast was included in our stay but there was nothing provided in the reception area even after the owner had said he would refill and put some things out. Checkout was Sunday morning. He did say keep the city tax payment to spend on breakfast but the bar for coffee next door was closed on Sunday. We were just disappointed in little effort to do as he said he would do
