I didn’t like anything about this place as they are not accommodating and refused to issue a refund despite the online system indicating a partial refund would be issued. They kept repeating the same statements over and over and then told me to contact booking.com. Very disappointing.

The style of the RIAD and deco, also the staff were excellent specially the reception staff.

The property and the staff were amazing and very helpful. Even during the Ramadan time, they ensured to provide us everything we needed (water, Ice, iron, coffee) in our rooms. The location itself is great, it’s close to central Medina but not in the extremely busy part of the place. Would recommend staying here!
