The location is excellent. Just a few steps outside the house, and you'll find dozens of beautiful cafés with delicious pastries. There are also plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and clothing shops. It's right next to Seoul Forest, so you can take a walk in the park every day—the atmosphere is wonderful. Although it's a basement apartment, it doesn't feel stuffy at all. Ask ChatGPT

The only downside is the noise from the construction next door, but I understand that's beyond the host's control.
