USFrans the host is a delight. The place is relaxing, inviting and very clean. Not too far from the bus stop and a nice beach.
Hopefully the neighborhood is on the upswing.

CAFran is a very nice and friendly host and does everything for you to feel home at his place. The room is big and cozy and the bed is very comfortable. There is also a kitchen with all one needs and it's quite easy to get to the bus stop to go downtown since Parking in Edinburgh can be expensi and hard to find a spot.

GBOur host was friendly and helpful. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable and the entire apartment was outstandingly clean and pristine. The location is very close to public transport so there was no problem travelling to and from the city centre.
