Casa Rebeca

Rebeca is a gem! She is absolutely adorable and very responsive and helpful both on WhatsApp and in real life, and she is very accommodating as well. She let me choose my room among all the ones that were available and allowed me to check out later than expected! The view on San Pedro Volcano from her rooftop is fantastic! Free drinking water is also provided, as well as toiletries and towels, and the kitchen is well equipped, with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, the room had a desk and everything was very clean! The location was also very easy to find, thanks to Rebecca’s instructions. Santiago is my favorite place around lake Atitlan. The view on the volcanoes is incredible, just like the Sunday Market and Rey Tepepul Reserve, where I saw a quetzal, toucans and amazing views on the nearby volcanos. There are also many great cafes, restaurants and shops to visit, so I highly recommend it!

Great location in the central part of Santiago Atitlan. Rebeca welcomed me into her house with a big smile and showed me around. The room is very spacious and met my needs for the stay. Kitchen is well equipped and allows the guests to cook their own meals.

Rebeca is very friendly and will help you. Her house is right next to the market and St Maximón. You can easily walk from the boats there. It is very quiet and confortable. I enjoyed the terrasse as well

If I could I would give 11/10 note. Super kind host always ready to help! I recommend the local sauna in the evening. Definitely a go to if you visit Santiago.

Big rooms, comfy clean bed, really hot shower, best in Guatemala so far. Lovely tranquil roof terrace and the people were the best, such lovely accommodating hosts thank you Rebeca and family.

Hot showers! Not lukewarm electric showerheads like most places, but honest-to-goodness hot water. Very clean, including the shared kitchen. One of the cleanest kitchens I've used in Guatemala. Incredible view of volcán, both from my bedroom and the roof.
