Everything was the best.

We ended up staying here twice, before and after our visit to Svaneti, Our host was kind enough to take care of our luggage while we were gone, This property is situated in a quit (although quite) uphill part of town with a nice view. The room and the terrace were nice and tidy and the host Gotcha is a very friendly guy

Perfect experience. The terrace was beautiful, the room spacious, clean and well appointed. The hosts were warmhearted and very helpful, trying every bit to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this guesthouse and would love to stay there if I travel to Kutaisi for the second time.

The property is located on one of the hills so it may be slightly laborious to reach if you mean to walk there.

The house itself is really nice and the balcony overlooking the city is pretty beautiful. The room itself is pretty well sized. A/C works really nice. The price is OK.

The cleanliness is, to put it nice, further from clean. I mean the WC wasn't clean, I found a lot of long hair in the bathroom (not mine), few spiderwebs here and there... Cleaning need to be improved a lot!!! And the kitchen was nasty. Even the kettle has so much white calcium in it (from the water) that I had to clean it myself if I want to use it. Keep in mind the house is on a hill away from city center (20 minutes uphill). Really good if you have a car.
