Only the atmosphere was good

First of all the property was very short of staff, Lunch buffet served at 1.30 noon. Even tea ordered takes hours to be served Food taste and menu was below par compared to club mahindra netrang , jim corbet , girnar, coorg , munnar etc.... No guards at the pool throughout the stay (very irresponsible from hotel ) No activities, no proper happy hub staff... what a redicululous management at a great can be resort

We wanted ground floor room , they gave us on request. Good breakfast.

They didn't answer our calls and messeges day prior to confirm our booking. Lot of time almost 45 min wating for check in.

Good property.

Low on staff. Hence delay in services. Staff tried their best, but the management need to hire more people. Also, they refused an additional room to us, we already had 4 rooms booked, saying the property was completed booked. Going there we could clearly see that the property was not completely booked, but had several rooms available. Don't know why would they do that. However, the stay was good.

Food needs more authentication.
