Tágas családoknak. Jó gépekkel felszerelt,modernizált.

Bár tudom hogy este 22 után nem lehet hangoskodni.. a gyerekek nem hangosan nevettek az ágyban elalvás előtt és a szomszéd ránk hívta a rendőröket. Nálunk ez nem megszokott hogy a gyerekeknek is suttognia kell.

Modern design and equipment. Nice appartment but managed obviously not by the owner. Deposite 50 EUR returned.

1. Information on Booking.com is not acurate. I would not book this apartment if I know about the deposite 50 EUR. You can not get key without paying deposite. You can not cancel reservation due to cancellation policy. 2. I have received ubnormal amount of e-mails, instructions and house rules day before arrival. One hour of readings. 3. Parking place was purchased for 10 EUR. For this money we have received Whatsapp message with address of parking which was full. Next day they returned money. 4. Carpet in the bathroom to be renewed or at least washed. 5. Price of one night on Kosice Marathon for 3+1 is 250 EUR comparing to 90 EUR on other days. After that I pay 50 EUR more as deposite. That is what I don't like. 6. Due to deposite 50 EUR I had to make audit of the apartment and to record all damages during check in. 7. The sink in the bathroom was already cracked when we came. I feel myself guilty for all old damages.

Clean and confortable. Quiet area close to a shopping center.

On street parking, had to wait until locals left and something was free. Not very close to center, but you know this when booking. A/C not working as it should. TV in living room had zero programs.

Ideal location, good wifi, easy communication with the host, clean well equipped apt, coffee machine, washing machine, bugnet in the window.

The furniture in the bathroom could use some renovation. There's an involving booking process after you reserve the room, the host was very helpful after I had issues with it.
