The size of the bed and room

The person that opened the door really needs to learn to welcome people. Breakfast really needs changing.

Nice laid back bed and breakfast in an old rector. Very nice garden.

Everything. We did not stay as on arrival they added extra charges for key keep and carparking. Concerns over extra charges as fines were threatened. Do not stay!!! Can not be trusted or relied on to provide adequate service. Awaiting a refund :/

Great location, excellent staff and facilities, rooms are very well sized and clean throughout. Good value for money

The only thing was the overall appearance of the building from outside. We understand that it had been an old Vicarage. It represented the pictures on Booking.com Parking your vehicle whilst away was the bonus as it was very cheap.

When my husband was shown our room, he was horrified. The room had been a large reception room on the ground floor of the building. Only one bed and no other furniture. The toilet was out in the corridor and the bathroom reached by crossing another reception room, up some stairs onto the first floor. We refused the room. It was late and we had no other choice. We asked for another room and were given one on the first floor. Very sparsely furnished, cheap and nasty bed linen and the bathroom en suite was all Gold!! Absolutely horrible. Bins in the bathrooms had not been emptied and the toilet dirty.

Everything was excellent in this heritage and well maintaned property. We were promptly received despite reaching at 2 am. The beds were very comfortabe. The property has a beautiful garden which can be viewed from the room windows. Marc, looking after the quests very helpful and responsive. Excellent stay!!
