Patiko, kad pačiam centre. Butas įrengtas patogiai, šiuolaikiškai. Viskas bute veikia.

Nepatiko, kad butas yra sename komerciniame pastate. Nejauku nueiti iki 3 a. esančio buto, tamsu, o koridorius kaip iš 1980 m. Naktį iki 5 ryto kažkur pastate grojo tranki muzika, antrą naktį buvo ramu. Butas šildomas kondicionieriumi, tad oras labai sausas pasidaro - kūnui nepatiko.
