IELocation was very convenient
We booked this place knowing that it wasn't going to be amazing based on the reviews, however it was worse than we had expected. A previous comment said that it was the type of place where you didn't want to touch anything unless it was absolutely necessary and that is very accurate- we felt more dirty after using the shower than we had before. They also don't give you a towel. We booked it as a place to rest our heads but we couldn't even do that because of the constant noise all night of people slamming doors, vomiting, coughing etc. I didn't feel safe leaving my belongings there even with the door locked as the handles were so flimsy. There are also random men sleeping in chairs in the hallways. I think it's an insult to hostels to describe this place as one- maybe If the place was a tenner a night then I couldn't complain but it is expensive for what it is
GBNothing, I got scammed and Booking didn’t even take in consideration the fact that I didn’t spend not even one hour in that facility because of the false advertising and cleanliness, smoke, our allergy and asthma were triggered very badly therefore we left after 30 minutes. We checked out and I came back the next day, spoke with the host (owner) who promised me to meet me halfway and pay back at least the half (after he accused me of being a liar for saying that the experience in his accommodation was the worst ), also we didn’t know that the room we booked was in a school, between classrooms! Next time use AIRBNB platform instead at least the guests are protected and can claim for a refund.
EVERYTHING: cleanliness, mold, dust, deceptive behavior and deceitful pictures. The staff was highly incompetent and the owner (host) is the biggest scammer I ever encountered. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Next time use AIRBNB instead at least the guests are protected and can claim for a refund.
FRJ’ai eu la grande surprise de tomber sur des punaise dans mon lit, j ai été fortement piqué durant mon séjour et j’en ai même ramener cher moi. J’ai demandé un remboursement, qui a été refusé, on m’a juste ajusté mon porte monnaie de 10€. Super.
