Er zijn geen stopcontacten aan aanrecht !? Dode plant aan ingangsdeur van appartement vond ik vrij vreemd.

La posizione vicinissima al Centro! Doccia nuova e completo asciugamani,

Mancanza ascensore, anche se era noto. Mancava di quel tocco in più per renderla meno fredda ed impersonale ed essere perfetta! Es. tappetino in bagno e cucina, qualche spezia disponibile, un quadretto o dei vasetti colorati.

Alles war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit: saubere, ruhige, praktisch eingerichtete, sehr gut gelegene Wohnung. Bequeme Betten, gute Dusche, funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Posizione e.silenzio sono un punto di forza della struttura

La pulizia nel bagno era carente, ed erano presenti alcune formiche. Anche sui davanzali delle finestre si potrebbe dare una pulita, e mettere gli anti-volatili, infatti sul davanzale della cucina andavano i piccioni ed erano presenti i loro escrementi.

Clean. It has a kitchen and a washing machine.

- You need to climb 5 sets of stairs, too narrow to be safe with heavy luggage. Also while the station is 12 mins walk away, it’s difficult to glide luggage through that route. It’s much easier via the city centre, but that adds a considerable detour. - The room overlooks a construction/renovation site, and jackhammering started at 8am so it was impossible to sleep in. - You’re required to locate the outdoor bins and take out the rubbish yourself before checking out. - There’s no place to leave your luggage on the final day. The host initially said we could store it at their restaurant, but on the day, told me to ask the restaurant myself. We ended up paying for storage elsewhere. - There’s no dryer, which makes the washing machine less useful.

The location is so nice, easy walk to train station as well as old town.

The location was excellent. 3 minutes walk from the main piazza and 9 minutes from the train station.

There was no television in the apartment but, to me, this wasn't an issue.

The host Monica was superb - very fast replies via WhatsApp when required, helped me immensely on checkout day when I left important documents in the flat - she arrived in 10 mins to let me back in - 5 stars!!

At my age a lift would have helped!
