The distance to Accra city and the road to the property

The property is clean and in a serene environment. I also love that they have some games in the property, so you can have fun without going out. Basically, all you need for a getaway is right there. Kudos to the host too, she kept communicating before and after stay.

It's a whole apartment that has everything you ever think of. Like home away home. The location was a bit far from city. But you can access to the city easily by bolt drivers. Just download app on your mobile phone.

Looks better than the pictures and well maintained, the caretaker really doing a good job. I will surely stay here again and I will advise my family and friends to stay at this place .

I recently stayed at Ayan Villas and had an amazing experience! As a visitor from Germany, I truly appreciated the exceptional service and the overall ambiance of the house. The villa was clean, tidy, and spectacular, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ayan Villas all the way! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Accra, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ghana

everything was okay,actually we enjoyed our stay very much and we will for sure be retuning !! The host was so nice and we really liked how she called to ask whether everything was good. The care taker was also very nice to us!! This a 100/10 for sureeee

The road to the apartment is terrible and discouraging. its unfortunate that the governments failure to fix roads is impacting severely on businesses, especially hospitality and tourism
