GBParking outside the front door, plenty of room to move around as my husband has mobility problems. The bed was very comfortable we slept well, and was not too far away from the beachfront.
The leather furniture was really comfortable but as the weather was so hot over the bank holiday we had to use towels to cover the seats and arms as we stuck to them.

AUGem cottage was very comfortable to stay in for a few days exploring South Devon. It had a separate bedroom/bathroom, a good sized kitchen with a stove and fridge and a lounge dining area. The lounge chairs were so comfortable. It was a 15 minute downhill walk into town and Back Beach but closer to access the ocean paths. There was a washing machine and parking which were two of our priorities. A fabulous place to stay. Su is an amazing host for places to explore as well as help when needed.

FRTrès bien situé, confortable, très bien équipé. Pas de pb de stationnement. Prise électrique pour véhicule non mentionnée sur l'annonce. Prêt d'une couette supplémentaire par la propriétaire car le chauffage est coupé à 22h.
Coupure du chauffage à 22h jusqu'au lendemain matin ainsi qu'un compteur à pièces qu'il faut remplir de pièces d'une Livre pour avoir du courant. Tant que pour l'éclairage, appareils électroménagers, (micro ondes, plaques de cuisson, four, grille pain, bouilloire, réfrigérateur etc) que pour le radiateur d'appoint à bain d'huile. Cela n'était pas mentionné dans l'annonce et a représenté un surcoût de 14 livres pour 12 nuits (en faisant attention et en n'utilisant plus le radiateur d'appoint après la 1ère nuit ) que la propriétaire a accepté de me rembourser car ce fonctionnement au compteur électrique n'était PAS non plus MENTIONNÉ DANS L'ANNONCE. Cela s'est révélé être la mauvaise surprise la veille du départ. C'est dommage car ce cottage est fort agréable. Le client devrait simplement en être averti AVANT de réserver en toute connaissance de cause surtout en décembre janvier où la consommation électrique est plus importante à cause de températures hivernales.
